Contribution Policy

OpenSimGear is not currently accepting external code, patches, hardware designs, documentation, artwork or other creative contributions. Please do not submit pull requests or attach proposed replacement code, designs or text to issues while licensing and contribution terms are under review.

Submitting material does not automatically transfer its ownership to the project owner or establish permission to use it commercially. Any future contribution process will need explicit terms agreed before creative work is accepted.

Questions and factual bug reports remain possible. A report can describe what happened, what you expected and how to reproduce the problem without including a patch, replacement design or other creative contribution. Do not include confidential material or content you are not entitled to share.
